CONDITION: It has general wear especially to the spine, a few dog-ears and light notations to the cover. They don’t obscure instructions and pages are secure. There is a small tear at top cover toward the staple. (Periodically but not often there may be a name on the book or tiny notation that I may have unintentionally over looked)
