CONDITION: The front cover has a tear at the bottom cover and so does the next page. There are remnants of a sticker on the front. All instructions are fully intact and readable. No other rips, stains or notations. The inside almost looks new! (Periodically but not often there may be a name on the book or tiny notation that I may have unintentionally over looked)
