It is understood and agreed that any checks returned to Rodriguez & Associates LLC. for non-payment by buyer’s bank shall be charged an NSF (non-sufficient funds) check fee of $30, and the maximum allowable interest by law charged from the date of the check, that any account with an NSF check shall be placed COD (Cash Only) basis for a probationary period determined by our Credit Department.
In-stock merchandise
Is usually processed and shipped within 3 -5 business days if you choose Standard ground shipping. Orders placed with Expedited or Air Express shipping before 3 pm CST will be shipped the next business day.
Back-orders
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will follow-up by email with a back-order status.
Multiple shipments
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged. We will always attempt to ship from the nearest warehouse to your location. You order may also be drop shipped from the factory to avoid extra handle and the possibility that it may incur damages.
Larger items are shipped by truck and we use a host of LTL (Less than Load) truck companies such as Con-Way, AAA Cooper, FedEx, and many others. These generally are heavier items. Signatures are always required.
Free shipping is always shippers choice to use in order to keep cost down, and nay be slower in transit times. These methods consist of, but not limited to Parcel Select, First Class Mail, FedEx Smart Post, and Ground service.
Transit Times
Transit times may vary on the carrier and we generally send out tracking information on your order so that you may track it on the shipping companies website. Depending on location and distance from shipping point, transit times can vary from 1-5 days in the continental US. Longer for Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations.
Products may be returned unopened or unused for a refund within 7 days of it's receipt date and may be charged up to a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion. Well if the product was blatantly used and abused, missing parts, and not in original box we will charge 20% of the retail selling price. That is at the high end. Returned in original carton in which we can sell for used condition all parts in tact and clean 0% restocking. Please note that it may also fall in between those margins depending on condition of return. Items that are in used condition, are no longer wanted. If you changed your mind, missing parts, or you ordered the wrong product will not be refunded unless it is with prior approval and will be subject to freight, credit card and or restocking fees as applicable. In some cases products will be directed to a local warranty center or part may be sent under the warranty guidelines of the product and manufacturer.
Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, unless prior arrangements have been made with the customer service department. Return your item(s) using UPS ground, FedEx ground or standard U.S. Mail to our address in Illinois.
Canceled orders prior to shipping and after the credit card has been batched at the end of day will be subject to a 6% banking fee charge. These charges are what we incur for processing the card and refunding the card.
If you refuse your package, there will be return shipping charge. UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Post Office charge us for returned items. You will be charged the original cost of shipping, (even if you received free shipping), plus the cost of return shipping. Unless we sent the wrong product or made some other error on shipping out your product.
