The ceramic figure itself is in excellent condition!
No chips or cracks!
Measures a large 10.25" Tall x 10" Wide x 5" Deep
The mechanics of it are not working correctly but someone might be able to open it and correct the problems. When power is turned on, you can tell it is getting power. The musical whistling tune works some of the time. (Sometimes you have to tap it a couple of times to get it started) Occasionally the head and foot will move a little bit but then stop. Selling "as is".
Despite the mechanical problems, it is an excellent large figurine from the "Willie The Hobo" collection! Made in Japan by WACO.
