This beautiful plant is indigenous to North America. Common names are Milkweed or Silkweed. Its a lovely border plant with a semi compact growth. Blooms with spectacular pink flowers heads laced with hundreds of tiny tight clusters of flowers. Hardy and very rewarding plant, this lovely plant is great for enticing insects and butterflies into your garden, in fact the endangered Monarch Butterfly feeds exclusively on this plant.
Plant Instructions:
Cinderella in well-drained soil mixed with some dry gravel and in full sun and light shade. Plant the root vertically so that the eye is 3-5 cm / 2 "" beneath the soil surface. Cinderella need to be watered well after planting to stimulate growth and keep moist but water sparingly after that as Cinderella are quite drought tolerant once established.
Remove the faded flower heads as soon as they appear to promote growth.
