this is a used meter with many readings in the memory............charged right up................seems to function as it was made to do.............i have no way to test................free 7 day domestic returns if you come upon issues.............not likely...........these are well made meters.................meter has plenty of surface scratches mainly on the front side due to the type of material........i had no trouble reading the screen output......can be used as your primary meter or as a backup..................serial # mfgc232-j3893...........meter only........nothing else is included............
