Resin is hand cast in layers with embellishments added each layer, then finished with a twine bow.
*Note- Hand crafted resin pieces usually have small flaws such as air bubbles. I try to limit these as much as possible and most will be unnoticeable. These flaws won't cause any damage to the piece and are no cause for concern, but they're part of what makes handmade resin pieces unique and one of a kind!

Physical items will be shipped on or the next business day following receipt of payment. All of my items are shipped USPS, unless other arrangements are made prior to the purchase.

Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item. This can be checked by your tracking from the date it was delivered to you. I must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the item, that there is a problem. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges related to returns. I will not refund shipping prices. Please be sure that item is shipped back to us in the same condition you received it. Please allow up to 5 business days for refund after item is received.
No Refunds or Returns on custom made orders, such as Company Logo's, large quantity orders, or items with names on them.
I do not refund until item is in my possession. Always use tracking.
If an item arrives in damaged condition. If I cannot replace the item, I will issue a refund for the price of the item. This item does not have to be sent back.
