Digital purchases: please be sure to check your invoice for download. It should also be sent to your email you provided to PayPal. If you have a prior invoice that you didn't paid, it will not show up in that invoice. Always check the one you paid.

Physical items will be shipped on or the next business day following receipt of payment. All of my items are shipped USPS, unless other arrangements are made prior to the purchase.
**Please note that there are no additional charges or surprise charges on shipping. What the shipping charge is in the listing is what you will be charged. No more. You may receive a refund if I find the shipping is less. I will also change the shipping charge on the item.
Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item. This can be checked by your tracking from the date it was delivered to you. I must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the item, that there is a problem. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges related to returns. I will not refund shipping prices. Please be sure that item is shipped back to us in the same condition you received it. Please allow up to 5 business days for refund after item is received.
No Refunds or Returns on custom made orders, such as Company Logo's, large quantity orders, or items with names on them.
I do not refund until item is in my possession. Always use tracking.
If an item arrives in damaged condition. If I cannot replace the item, I will issue a refund for the price of the item. This item does not have to be sent back.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
